Installation, use and maintenance of butterfly valve
1, before installation should be on the butterfly valve specifications, pressure, temperature, corrosion resistance to meet the requirements of use. All parts shall be inspected for damage or looseness.
2. The butterfly valve can be installed on pipelines at any angle, and it is advisable to close the installation. When welding pipeline flanges, the valve sealing port should be blocked with a plate to prevent particles and debris from damaging the sealing surface. After welding, remove the valve, clean the valve sealing surface and the inner cavity of the pipeline, and then install the fixed valve.
3. When installing, please pay attention to the pressure direction of the valve in the closed state.
4. Before installation, the sealing surface (both ends of the sealing surface, butterfly plate sealing surface, valve seat sealing surface) should be thoroughly wiped clean to remove dust and dirt.

If the driving device is configured as electric or pneumatic, please read the manual of the supporting driving device.
